About us

manila

In 1991 a team was sent out from Lüdenscheid in Germany with the task of setting up a drug rehabilitation center. After some adjustment and language studies, the rehab program officially started in 1992 in Antipolo - today's Set Free Center. Besides doing rehab, the team saw an obvious need in the city regarding the urban poor and street children situation. To address these needs, the City Mission was developed in 1993 with a focus on evangelistic outreaches to the streets. As a result, the Father's House was started in 2001 to provide a home for street children.

We are licensed and accredited by the DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) and network with them as well as other NGOs to minister to children and youth in the Philippines. HELP International CMC (Christian Missionary Community) is the Philippine foundation of HELP International Philippinen e.V. and is part of FCJG Lüdenscheid (Free Christian Youth Community) in Germany.
